Welcome Family! The 30 For 30 Program is equipped to serve all fitness levels. We are focusing on the connection/re-connection of the mind and movement with structured workouts and mindfulness suggestions to help you practice positive thinking and self talk. This program will require you to dedicate an hour of your day to yourself! To be active for 30 minutes using the daily workout and again 30 minutes, morning or evening, to reflect (outside of your workout time). I have provided mindful suggestions to each day of the program to assist in reflection time, whether it be by journal, chat box, meditation, etc. You will have the option to share your thoughts and reflections, but is not required, and only myself, Coach Rah, and you will have access your feedback and reflections. I created this program with EVERYONE in mind as the goal of Us Or Bust Fitness is to build a healthier, more positive, fitness community of like minded individuals such as yourself.

What's up Family My name is Raphael, your health and wellness coach and founder of Us Or Bust Fitness. My love of fitness started very early on and helped propel me through a life of sports excelling at the collegiate level: football, basketball, and track and field at Siena Heights University. There I developed a deeper passion for coaching, by assisting fellow student-athletes, traditional students, faculty, and community members by advancing and introducing them to a lifestyle of fitness while building a community around it. Since building my health and wellness career, I suddenly recognized the importance of forming a foundation based around community to create the biggest impact and success in individual lives. Which birthed Us Or Bust Fitness; however, the name "Us Or Bust" originated as a creed amongst my older brother and I, that no matter what life did or where life took it us it will always be Us, we will always have each other and that is what this community's foundation is built off of. With great understanding that the "system" was designed for US to WIN together. Expertizing in muscular hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, weight loss, and nutrition, I am able to develop programs for individuals and groups of all fitness levels, personalized to their goals and coach them every step of the way, elevating their lifestyle and welcoming them into the Us Or Bust Fitness Family.
